What should I wear to the wedding?

The wedding dress code is black-tie optional. We request that men wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or cocktail dress below the knee.

How do I RSVP?

There is no need to RSVP quite yet. We will start accepting RSVPs following formal invitations.

Can I bring my kids?

While we would love to include all of your children, unfortunately due to the capacity and nature of the venues, we will be unable to accommodate them and appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Invitations have been extended to those addressed on the envelope.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

Valet parking is available at Blue Hill at Stone Barns. For more information regarding parking, please see our Transportation page.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

We have a room block at the Opus Hotel. Should you wish to book other accommodations, we recommend the Cambria Hotel. Please see Accommodations for links to book and more information.

What will the weather be like?

New York’s weather in late April can be a bit unpredictable, but we’ll be hoping for the best. Historically, highs are in the low 60s with lows in the high 40s.

How should I get there?

White Plains is an easy commute given NYC’s great transportation options. Shuttle service will be provided to all wedding events, departing from The Opus Hotel. Please see Transportation for more information.

Will transportation be provided?

Yes! Transportation will be provided to all events during the weekend. Shuttle buses will depart from the Opus Hotel. For the transportation schedule, please visit our Transportation page.

Are they wheelchair accessible?

All venues are wheelchair accessible. Please see the Schedule for locations and addresses of the venues for the weekend.

Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I am in town for your wedding?

What should I wear to the welcome party?

We kindly request smart causal attire. This suggests a relaxed yet polished dress style, such as dress pants or neat jeans paired with a collared shirt or blouse. Blazers and sweaters are appropriate.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

If you know Morgan, you know that the ceremony will start promptly on time at 6:30PM. Shuttles will be departing from The Opus Hotel to ensure your on-time arrival. If you will be arriving via your own transportation, we ask that you try to arrive by 6PM. Please see Transportation for more details.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

We hope to host the ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors, weather permitting. Please be advised that the average high in White Plains in late April is mid-60s with lows in the 50s.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Blue Hill at Stone Barns is the pinnacle of modern farm-to-table cuisine. The hors d’oeuvres and three-course menu will be created by Blue Hill’s team of chefs based on the availability of ingredients. Please read more about Blue Hill on our Location page.

What if I have a dietary requirement?

Please provide dietary requirements when you RSVP. The team at Blue Hill will adjust the menu based on each individual’s specific needs.

Can I take photos?

We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers to capture the special moments, and we want everyone to fully enjoy the experience without distractions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Do you have a registry?

Your presence is the greatest gift, and we are grateful for your love and support. However, for friends and family who have expressed interest, we have created a gift registry for your convenience here.
